The Bible isn’t broken when you can’t “figure it out” you just suck at interpreting it

    wait a minute … wait a minute … wait a minute…

i click on your link under the comment, “…you just suck at interpreting it,” and i’m taken to a calvinist blog trumpting “GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.” James 4:6

you know, if you calvinist types weren’t so good at being living contradictions all the time, arguing with you might mean something.

as it is, i just sit here with my mouth agape (meaning, say WHAT?!?!, not the greek) wondering when you’ll run out of feet to put in your mouth…

thanks for the chuckle. this blogging stuff can get awful darn serious at times; i appreciate the occasional levity.

and this comes from a guy who thinks “The Shack” is a good read…

    thanks for the chuckle…

what do they say about imitation, seth?

that it’s the sincerest form of flattery?

    well, i am honestly flattered.

remind me next time i see you: i’ll autograph your bible if you want me to…

Mike, you may be theologically suspect…but that is funny.

I am glad you are flattered, but the only Bible that I would let you autograph would the one where I ripped out all the prophets and quotes of Christ ripping into the Pharisees…then I would let you autograph that Bible, because it would better represent your notion of humility.

    See that is funny too.
